Right now, numerous wellness brands are offering fitness apps and streaming services that you can try, while you are at home, for free. You cannot beat these offers, especially when we need a break to focus on ourselves and have a brain break – all while saving money.

So, what is out there?

Peloton. They are currently offering a free trial of their digital app through April 30. This brand is typically associated with spin classes, but there is so much more to enjoy from this workout service. You can try strength training, yoga, boot camps and cardio workouts – none of which, require any expensive equipment. There are also options such as meditation, and walking and running for the outdoors (or the treadmill, if you have one at home). Click here to find out more.

SoulCycle is offering everyone the opportunity to “Find your Soul – Off the Bike”. Instructors are providing free workouts on their Instagram accounts that include things like dance, body weight movement, ab workouts and family-oriented wellness motivation. That’s not all, though – check out this link for a complete list. Classes vary from cooking to motivational videos, plyometric bodywork and more! 

Nike Training Club app has also waived their fee to offer free access to their on-demand class-style workouts and programs until further notice. This includes more than 185 workouts, designed by trainers, ranging from cardio, strength training, mobility, yoga, nutrition tips, and wellness guidance. The workouts last anywhere from 15 to 45 minutes, so it is a flexible opportunity that works to fit you best. Click here to get started.

Have you ever been interested in trying boxing to stay fit? Rumble offers free boxing-inspired fitness classes on Instagram each morning. Simply turn on post notifications for @doyourumble and you will be alerted when the class is about to go live! Classes generally begin around 7 a.m. but if you aren’t available at that time, you can always visit the Rumble page where the workouts are posted.

Non-members and members of Planet Fitness are being invited to stay active and relieve stress with their free “Home Work-Ins”, while their gyms are temporarily closed. You don’t need sneakers or equipment to get moving with their trainers. Workouts are featured on the corporate Planet Fitness Facebook page and last 20 minutes – some even feature a surprise celebrity guest!
